Experience: An experienced c-suite executive and company director with a background in governance, marketing, philanthropy, and stakeholder engagement. She is currently Chief of Marketing, Communication and Partnerships at LifeFlight Australia. Her previous roles include General Manager, Marketing and Fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (South Eastern Section) and Queensland State Manager for the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Melanie has over twenty years of experience guiding boards and executive teams through periods of significant change, growing sustainable funding, and protecting and enhancing their corporate reputation and social license to operate. Melanie is an inaugural Advisory Committee Member for Bond University’s Centre for Enterprise Governance.
