Small grants available for domestic and family violence support services

Success! Your request has been sent and a representative will be in contact soon.

AMA Queensland Foundation has partnered with Brisbane South PHN to launch a small grants initiative to support Queensland organisations that assist victim-survivors of family and domestic violence.

Expressions of interest for grants of up to $20,000 per applicant opened on Monday 27 January 2025 and close midday 24 February 2025.

Approximately one in four Australian women (23%) and one in fourteen men (7.3%) have experienced violence by a partner since the age of 15.

AMA Queensland Foundation’s Domestic and Family Violence Small Grants Initiative, which is administered in partnership with Brisbane South PHN, aims to enhance the capacity of Queensland’s community-based organisations that provide support to these victim-survivors.

This initiative has been made possible through the generosity of AMA Queensland Foundation’s donors.

We sincerely thank all those who gave so generously to our 2024 Christmas Appeal. Your donations to this important cause have made the administration of these small grants possible. We hope this support will help more victim-survivors receive comfort, shelter, or vital resources in their time of need.
